They gave us a heads-up that the internet was going to be shut down for maintenance, but instead of just cutting us off, they let us finish our game first. On top of that, they extended our time by an extra hour, which was super generous. They even gave us a Choco Pie as compensation, which was such a nice touch. I couldn’t stay for the extra time, so I asked for a refund — and they gave me a full refund without any hassle at all. They didn’t get annoyed or anything, just handled it really politely. Everyone there was super friendly, smiling, and just genuinely pleasant to deal with, even though it was probably a stressful situation on their end. That kind of customer service really stands out. The PCs were also solid — good specs, ran smoothly, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, really impressed. Great place, great people, and I’d definitely go back.
